The NPP gave the contract and it was continued through the period of the NDC. That is how governments should run.

Giving a contract on paper without adequate provision for funding the project? That is a fraud to deceive the people for election purposes.
The project was less than 15% when Mahama/NDC came to power. Within 1 year, the contractor has moved to 35%. By 2027, the whole project would be complete and the NDC would have executed, paid and supervised more than 80% of the project.
Thank you Mahama for being a responsible and serious president that thinks about the welfare of Ghanaian citizens

I drove on the motoway today and I am surprised the engineer is saying 35% of the work is done. As at now, only 10% of the road is driveable and this is what matters to drivers. Please revise your percentage.
