  Clearly from your own admission you were not fit for purpose to lead that fight and effect the mandate given you. I say this because if you had a strategic plan after you were given the position, you will not be saying what you are saying now.
  
  You clearly were not a leader in that position fighting galamsey, and should have stuck to the practice of medicine ( for which you are renowned for).
