  Tweaaaaa open a trade what? Where? Is this necessary? Is it an avenue to create jobs for the boys and girls without formal training nor certificates? Why do we like engaging in fruitless ventures? We go to China and buy our stuff with our own money and come back. What’s the use of stationing uneducated people there and paying them money for no work done. The Ambassador himself has no proper formal qualifications nor skills training. Eiiiiiii what is all this? Throwing tax payers money into the gutter or chopping nyafu nyafu? Let’s start thinking?
