Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money to spend.
left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.

All Landlords renting to foreigners for stay must register their tenants details at the nearest police station. Invest in the infrastructure- you won't be disappointed. You did it with Ghana card.
This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.
What foreign criminal wanting to do ashawo, scam, etc would want their details at the police station? So Ghana becomes unattractive for nigerian crimes.

Are you afraid people may know who you are? How about your early life? Did you attend school during your first twelve years on earth? Were your brains active during those formative years? Where were you born and bred? What work are you doing now? Is it the type of work that you will exercise your brain power? Or is the usual boot licking that your people are good at? And you are talking about living in Accra. If you don’t know every responsible Asante man has a home in the Asante Region. Yes they may live in Accra. But each one of us has his or her retirement home in Asanteman. That is why all our towns and villages are well planned and developed. Contrast this with your people. Most of your people have just one home in Accra, Kumasi and other urban centers. Your people do not want to even visit home because they think they have some improvement compared to your folks back home.
