Government must just take over these internally generated funds (igf). The public is over charged and the revenue is misused. Hospitals built with public funds by institutions are beyond the rich of majority of the citizens.

This guy must be brought to order. He seems to be going overboard. Is operating a hospital one of the core mandates of the Authority? You can't even digitise your hard copy data and you are talking about a hospital.

Please, please Most DVLA centres do not have complete vehicle examination equipment to certify road worthiness of vehicles. Why can he buy equipments for good road worthiness examination.
