If private universities can self fund n build why aren't age old public institutions doing the same? Admit less students, intruduce infrastructure fees, pay new staff, professors less, make mo ey from school publications n research, does your school have an endowment office? You can partner with builders to construct on and off campus housing to staff n students you dont do these or your foolish presidents are not thinKING, but you are complaining about funding n infrastructure? Do something and stop complaining
