  All the highly-regarded maize, rice, beans, cowpea, millet, sorghum, etc., in the market, which have eliminated kwashiorkor and stunted growth, are due to the untiring efforts of the Board since the late 80s.
  
  The MP is a disgrace to journalists and parliament, exposing his ignorance and stark naivety.
