  Yes, so this is an opportunity for government to spearhead public private partnership to make housing reasonably cheaper and equally generate money via renting. Government should build and own 25% and float the rest to the public or private investors or gov take 25% profit from the rents made by the investors. Set policies to regulate how much each property can be rented so it doesn't exceed a threshold.
  
  Order countries have successfully implemented similar things. It is not rocket science. Even asking chatgpt can elaborate this better. Ghana needs to grow...
