  Local insurance companies overcharge premiums and at the same time they torture and punish claimants when it comes time to pay claims. They find every means to frustrate and delay claims with the objective to deny at the end. There should be no law making them a monopoly. If they were providing competitive rates and service the customers would naturally use their services. It should not be forced.
