Once everybody is moving from their counties to Accra , and all small towns moving to Accra no government can solve housing availability for all these people. For example all Nigeria coming to Accra, Niger people coming and all the small towns people coming to Accra which government can build for all these people? What government must do is to reduce incoming Nigeria and invest in the small towns to encourage people to stay in the small towns. Now all Ghana money is building only Accra so will everyone comes to Accra. Where the sugar is will all the ants gather to party.
