All this talk is fine but how does it translate into bringing down of cost doing business in Ghana? How does it translate into cost of land, electricity and credit? These are the pillars of doing business yet in we have never been able to address it. Presidents over the years have all said this and it has never materialised even with your own promise of 1m coders and the 24hrs policy nothing has come out of it so how are supposed to believe all your words without action?

Go to Hershey, Pennsylvania (USA) and see how they developed their city from your cheap cocoa beans. Compare that to the life of the poor cocoa farmer in Ghan or Cote D'Ivoire.
