  He's 23 and hasn't had one season in the past 5 years where has been playing regularly. Always on the bench by every coach. This way a player doesn't develop.

  I like Kamaldeen. But unfortunately, i feel he is not coachable. Dribbling past everyone and losing the ball at the 18-yard line when it matters the most will not cut it. Kudus, Issahaku, Semenyo have all improved but Kamaldeen. He doesn't have the understanding of either giving assist or scoring goals. Until then he will unfortunately be passed around until he runs out of option.

  I once said that until Sulemana sits down and assesses himself critically, he may end up as a journeyman in football. I am not a coach, but you cannot expect to play at the highest level with such a high incidence of bad decisions with the ball in the last quarter of the field. Anyone who is keenly watching him in a match will see that football is about productivity, not flair. Unfortunately, Sulemana has flair but no productivity. I am therefore not surprised that he has not been able to settle down in a team and command a place with his flair, speed, and agility. Somebody close to him should sit him down and rewire him to look at his productivity in the final quarter of the field and make amends. Without this, I am afraid things will not improve for him.
