You when God speaks there is always a timeline to it, look at King David in the Bible 3 times hw was anointed, till the appointed time, so if the prophets had gone ahead of time to proclaim it David could be killed prematurely. It is only people who lack political analytical reasoning that will believe that Kennedy Agyapong was going to win this elections.
