All Landlords renting to foreigners for stay must register their tenants details at the nearest police station. Invest in the infrastructure- you won't be disappointed. You did it with Ghana card.
This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.
What foreign criminal wanting to do ashawo, scam, etc would want their details at the police station? So Ghana becomes unattractive for nigerian crimes.

Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money to spend.
left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.

There was no need for a HANDING OVER from any Ghanaian Government. It was the British who gave power to Nkrumah after he won an election. I am not an Akyem but would be proud to be one. They contribute extensively through their Agricultural and Mining activities to support the economy of Ghana.
The Akyem people are also not involved in crazy ethnic and land wars, killing each other as they fight over who owns what land. Compare them to the Bawku, the Gonja and the Dagbani people. How long did the Dagbani and the people of Bawku kill each other until the Asantehene with his wisdom settled their impasse recently to give the area of Bawku a semblance of peace. Have you ever heard of the Akyem or the Asante people fighting each other? The Asante people always respect the verdict of the Asantehene.
I remember growing up at Wiamoase in the Kwabere Sekyere Paramountcy. There was a crazy Chieftaincy dispute that finally ended at the Royal Court of the then Asantehene. The case was finally settled and the Asantehene gave the order that as the contestants get home, there was to be no justification and mockery. When the contestants got back to Wiamoase from Manhyia , the people individually walked to their various homes and there were no open outside discussion about what transpired at Manhyia. That was about Fifty Years ago and the people of Wiamoase have not gone back to revisit any Chieftaincy issue again.
The Asante and Akyem have very serious problems with Chieftaincy and land but they don’t fight over them. They are settled peacefully.
Akyem Abuakwa land and Chieftaincy issues are settled by the Akyem Abuakwa Paramountcy without any digression to war. The Akyem Abuakwa Paramount Chief can’t be dictatorial. There are checks and balances on him. The Asantehene is very powerful and very much respected in Asanteman and Ghana but can’t be dictatorial. Traditionally, he can’t lord over the other AMANTOUR states like Bekwai, Kokofu, Dwane, Nsuta, Kokofu among others. The last time one Asantehene attempted to assume supremacy over Dwabeng, I led to war between Dwabeng and Asante. Dwabeng was defeated and they fled to Akyem Abuakwa for protection. The Akyem Abuakwahene gave them protection and the land at New Juabeng to settle on. The Asantehene is very powerful but when it comes to Traditional Authority, he is under the chiefs of Kokofu and Kumawu because of what the Chief of Kumawu did to prevent the whole of Asante to be defeated and sold into slavery. One can get more information from the Asante and Denkyira war where the Asante Army defeated Denkyira at the Battle of Feyiase. The history of this war can be learned from any Royal Palace in Asanteman.
Asantehene has a lot of Power but he doesn’t exercise any Power from above dictatorship. Every decision the Asantehene and Okyehene are first evaluated by a Council of Chiefs and Elders.
As for POWER FROM ABOVE started, it has existed since the time of Nkrumah.
