All Landlords renting to foreigners for stay must register their tenants details at the nearest police station. Invest in the infrastructure- you won't be disappointed. You did it with Ghana card.
This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.
What foreign criminal wanting to do ashawo, scam, etc would want their details at the police station? So Ghana becomes unattractive for nigerian crimes.

Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money to spend.
left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.

In West Africa, Ghana is the only country that produces these strains of marijuana Gh gold, Buddha, sour diesel the green gold etc and that is why you see people coming to Ghana to purchase it and transporting it to other various countries including most of our west Africa countries Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone and others, because of the affordability of this marijuana people in south Africa, England, Holland all turns to Ghana to see if they can transport it to their countries of sale. In ghana these strains are sold for at most 200 usd for a kilo which is far less than people sell it in other west African countries between 1000 to 3000 usd dollars for a kilo and even higher in places like England, Germany and the Netherlands. Also we have the Jamaican and Grenades and other caribbean countries who come to ghana and produce and extract the cbd oil and transport it to various countries which is far more expensive than the product in is raw state. I will encourage the government to have a look at these thing and see how best we can take advantage of it. Thanks
