The law should be made in such a way that any affected individuals can sue whoever breaks the law, together with police and the district council.
Please, please add deliberate noise pollution from the exhaust pipes of cars and motorbikes which seems to be a trend now

Thanks, but let it not become another paper tiger. Enough, many are dying because of excessive noise making, especially medicine sellers, religious groups and bar operators. I welcome such a law.
