Yes, we have to listen to preachings by preachers. But the message must align with the Word of God. The message must NOT be self-exalting, self-glorifying and exploitative for preacher's personal interests.
The message must be message of Salvation through Christ Jesus. It must be must message that builds children of God in faith, love and in the work of the Lord. It must be message that make us develop deeper roots in the Lord and builds us in the him.

Hausa is not spoken in Northern Ghana. It is a foreign language spoken only in a few enclaves or suburbs in some towns in the North. The places you will find such enclaves are Bolgatanga, Bawku and Salaga.

The Hausas settled in Tamale and other major cities in that part of Ghana many decades ago as craftsmen, traders in silver artifacts and producers of leather that is used to make boots and cushion covers. The Hausas sold their goods mainly to visiting Europeans, as they did in other areas in the southern parts of Ghana. Their Hausa language was quickly adopted by many folks in that part of Ghana, and it's widely used in markets and and in public places in that part of the country. Yes, Hausa is a foreign language, but it's the most widely spoken second language of many in that part of the country. Travel indeed opens eyes and minds.
