What the current CEO of Scholarship Secretariat, Mr. Asafo-Adjei should do is look for a good lawyer willing to work "pro bono" to bring a defamation lawsuit against this miscreants Ofosu Nkansah for knowingly making false statements to disparage his person and his work for short-term political gain. Mr. Asafo-Adjei should seek the total destruction of the NPP syndicate behind falsehoods and jandam built to destroy people because of animus and jealousy.

This is a duplication of Ghana customs. not one country in Europe or the west is singed up to it only the poorest country in Africa - Burundi and Douth sudan are being exploited.
