ghana fire service, immigration and prisons service have not been paid their rent allowance since last year. the current government doesn't want to pay the rent allowance due officers. here is the breakdown of arrears government is owing the various security services. fire service= 11 months , immigration=10 months and prisons service 10 months rent allowance arrears. meanwhile per the agreement signed they are supposed to be paid quarterly.

Yes, the construction of a toilet can reduce poverty in the area where it’s constructed. Someone has to mix the concrete, somebody has to carry the blocks and so on. Somebody will sell food and water to the workers at the construction because the construction workers will get paid, they will partly and daily spend, the seller also earn his or daily bread at the end. No Economy can function with 0 percent unemployment rate, this is a fact. Thanks
