  The current TB rates are too low not realistic. It will only allow windfall profit for the banks whilst the local investor whose return fire up the economy is left to struggle. The research depths of finance ministry and BIG must determine how much returns a trader or cab owners in Ghana Togo and Burkina faso make compared to alternatively investing in TB. . We are not in Europe or America or South AfricaEven in those countries street lenders rates are above 12℅.
