Which media did you hear those stories from and who are the owners of those media houses?Are you aware for the past 10yrs Russian Govt is giving citizenship to students who get 1st & 2nd Classes after their University education?There are over 200,000 African students who completed their courses working in Russia who could have been forced to join Russian Army?The beautiful thing is all these African students speak fluent Russian language, and could have served better in the army than those being hired? To inform I don't get any monetary gain expressing my opinion, but I widely read and I speak Russian language.
