  I think we have some NPP MPs who just want to be heard in parliament and shout out. Even free SHS , we had secretariat for it before implementing it when we have Ghana Education service, ministry of education . National Cathedral had secretariat for it till President dissolved it last year. There was secretariat for one district one dam and so many of them. Why the shout for 24 hour economy secretariat? . We don’t have to oppose everything as NPP MPs . We don’t have to follow Afenyo- Markin to oppose everything anything.
