  This has to be taken care of. Please it's better to fix the median at the initial stage than to come in the future where disaster has already happened. It will incur another cost by cutting the middle of the road, scrap the debris, lay blocks etc. let's put best engineering practice at work. God bless Ghana.

  It's not every dual carriage that has median. Check Takoradi roads. They will install precast inverted Tee Beams after construction.. Journalist please always go deeper..I am surprised Kofi Job himself does not seem to unders ...
