I agree with PIAC just like the HIPC projects was visible for appreciation of the citizens it helps for public accountability. Let’s same be done to the petroleum revenue for posterity.

That is the money this clueless and incompetent president want to use for his afterthought so-called big push whatever the nonsense means.Railways is begging for rehabilitation of both the western and eastern lines and to operationalise the Boankra Inland Port,this is low hanging fruit to create a lasting legacy for John Mahama.$1.0billion out of the $10billion senseless dumped into the economy could have rehabilitated the railways and rejuvenated the economy.
