  We thank them for the initiative but this is not the work of the Police. Pot holes cause massive unnecessary traffic and this affects the work of the Police hence this attempt to do something about it.The Police should rather catalogue these potholes and make noise to the Minister responsible.

  As far as these traffic officers went beyond their duty to be fixing potholes, they really do not deserve our praise because that is not their duty . They are there to maintain the free flow of traffic but to be seen with wheel barrows and filling potholes is just too far outside their scope of work . They did it to create content. Where are those charged with the maintenance of our roads?

We are always accusing the police of taking bribes.So if for once they are making a positive impact, Why can't we just give them a thumbs up?
