How long did the appeal trial take. That alone suggest there was a compromise. Didnt the State Attorney represent the republic in Court. They ddnt envisaged ghanians had interest in the case, else .....

People here should bear in mind that it's not Chief Justice Maxwell Baffoe Bonnie that reduced the sentence of Agraada but the judge in question is Justice Solomon Oppong-Twumadi of the Masanan High Court

You're right, that should've been minimum five years and following by probation which will be decided by court not to do this etc.
GOD'S MERCY WILL ALWAYS TRIUMPH OVER JUDGEMENT. THAT'S GOD'S MERCY AT WORK, NOT THE HIGH COURT'S DISCRETION
