WHAT SORT OF LAWLESSNESS IS THIS? AS A MATTER OF DETERRENT I ENCOURAGE THE MINISERIES TO SANCTION OR FIRE WHOEVER ISSUED A PERMIT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION. THE LAW MUST WORK AND THE OFFENDER ALSO PUNISH SEVERELY.

    MADAM OCLOO!

Congratulations to Linda Ocloo but I bet that both the owner of the structure as well as the officials who approved this act of foolishness will not be appropriately penalized to deter others from repeating the same offences ...

We can make good use of those spaces if they are well planned. I don't see anything wrong with that.

  • Thomas 5 hours ago

@ Batagbe. What hole did you just crawl out from. I think you should just simy go back to the rural areas where you obviously come from. I am sure that you also don't see anything wrong with openly urinating on the frontage a ...

Madam Regional Minister, I also propose to you and the NDC govt to consider the urgent need to move the geopolitical administration of Kasoa into the greater Accra Region. Economics and common sense dictate the need to do so. ...

    Batagba,
There's a reason why city planners demacate and preserve "green belt" areas; not just for aesthetic but for our good health. Empty spaces does not mean structures must be put there. Whoever issued the permit must b ...

We don't want any Accra elite to head cocobod.

The Accra people want everything in Accra for themselves. We are demanding same.

You angry because you can't stand the truth..

So you resort to what you know best : insults. Go on. Am not bothered by it.

Sorry for the insults but we have to start thinking of GHANA 1ST always instead of our tribes. Otherwise our Ghana will never make progress. Thank you and you too have a nice day.

  • Thomas 8 hours ago

Sometimes the insults are necessary. Like medication, they serve as shock therapy to wake up people who are still living in the realms of the 16th century. The quality of their opinions actually inflict unbearable disrespect ...

Misfits like you & Agbodza , Minister of Roads are not fit to be part of Ghana. I know of very intelligent Ga boys from Accra Aca who can do better than Randy.

You are not fit to be a Ghanaian, STFU.

Which blockhead issued a permit to construct under a bridge. The guy should be sacked without delay.

  • Nii 9 hours ago

Why shd it take the minister to halt this? Where are assembly engineers and building inspectors? Without the implementation of laws, lawlessness will rein!

  • FACT 9 hours ago

Nii, stop being deliberately obtuse! You know how we roll in Ghana! Our laws don't exist unless and until someone intentionally enforces them.

Does it have to the the Minister to stop this glaring nonsense? . Where are the MCE, Urban roads? Road safety authority? If this can happen in East legon then imagine what can happen in Abokobi ? By the way why can't the big ...

Who at all gave that permit? That is the issue

Well done, honourable minister. It seems are interested in building no matter where the building would be.
    It's sheer foolishness.

Is this not gross madness? Who in his wildest imagination did this with belief that, he could succeed with such stupidity?

  • Amenyaglo 4 hours ago

Question is who issued the permit and is he or she being questioned?

Who did that at all? Building under the bridge? How much did he/she buy the land under the bridge?

  • Shai 3 hours ago

We dont need a whole minister to lead such operations. This is a district level assignment. The dce or mce must be sanctioned. Why didn't they stop the work. Who offered that space and is a building permit granted?

  • Kwame Angel 2 hours ago

For once, come commonsense. How do you build a structure under an overpass? Commonsense tells you that this will create unnecessary traffic at and under the overpass. Lawless Ghana. Whoever gave the permit for the contruction ...

Well done dynamic Regional Minister for your proactiveness.
At times I imagine the level of inertia of some of our MCES. The MCE is disappointing and does not deserve his continuous stay in Office.

Provision of a valid permit for the construction under an over pass does not make the construction legal. Why build under an overpass? The minister must extend her investigation to the lands department and town planning and d ...
