  Finito. Everyone in Ghana including Mahama knows the solution to this menace. The only reason why the president lacks the courage to declare a state of emergency and deploy the army is because the politicians themselves are neckdeep in this crime. They're benefiting big time. They need the cash to win the next elections to continue to bleed the nation. Very soon the worse will happen.
