The widespread poverty in our country means that young women are easily deceived. The lack of job opportunities is so severe that anyone with even a small amount of affluence and cash can exploit them. Most of these young women have no reliable source of income, so when someone offers a little money, they become easy targets. What this man did to these women is both inhumane and degrading, and publishing their faces online adds further humiliation.
