  John Mahama himself could not explain that 24-hour nonsense to the understanding of the ordinary Ghanaian but being stupid, daft and soggy, he has set up a secretariat to do what?
  
  Now, look at what is going. Since 1957, no government had reduced the price of cocoa but Mahama, and his excuse is that the price of cocoa on the world market had fallen.
  
  Ghanaians were warned that John Mahama is nothing new but the same useless things that was president from 2012-16 when Ghana entered hades.
