Ghana Water Limited (GWL) apologizes for the recent incident affecting water supply in Nungua. We assure the public that our treatment plants meet global standards, including those set by the Ghana Standards Authority for drinking water.

Upon notification of the incident, our water quality assurance and technical teams swiftly investigated the cause and took corrective action. The pipeline has been flushed with disinfectant chemicals and normal supply has been restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and urge citizens to report similar incidents promptly to enable us to take swift action and prevent potential health risks. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
