  The internal securities like identification and proper physical addressing system to know at least who is he or she and where does she or he stays is very very important and developing a nation for peace and harmony.
  Ghana we are calling for home coming, we are given free entries - the question is
  could we accommodate and feed all Africans in Ghana ? hell NO
  then why are we not enforcing the entry and Exit MOUs on those countries we have given them the free entry ?
  millions of Africans are living in Ghana especially Nigerians who came in the name of 90days free entry and Exit rules but has never returns to pave way for others to also use that window.
  this is very serious, our borders are very porous- a lot of people are in certain position who do know their role to protect the nation from notorious criminals.
  if you go to some of the European Embassies in Ghana for a Visa,
  do you think it is the so responsibility of the Ambassador to grant your Visa request ?
  The embassy mostly send your visa request to the Home country interior ministry for processing. if after all the background investigation the applicant is clean and has no criminal or deadly disease records then they ask the Ambassador to grant the Visa Request.
  this is not the case of Ghana
  these foreigners applied for a visa today and Tomorrow they are on their way to Ghana, no checks , nothing just approved and visa is granted .
  these type of security threat wholesale visa must stooped.
  we need a proper mechanism that help to boost internal security.
  1. if you enter into the country with free visa,- you are not entitled to naturalised even if you stay in the country for 100years.
  
  2. if you enter into the the country with 90days visa free and you did not return to your home country after the expiration of your visa, you are prohibited from entry for a period of eg 15 to 20years. this serves as a deterrent to those who did not respect the conditions of the entry rules.
  
  3. every person been a citizen or a foreigner need to be documented under the GH-card regime . that help you to at least control your population on foreigners.

  This white men have racial tendencies towards black women and it defy logic why this man will be intimate with these women without any protection. The careless behavior demonstrated by this man shows he must carrying an STI which he does not care infecting those whom he is intimate with. These cheap women must be identified and subject to STI testing before they inadvertently spread it to others. The ministry of health must locate all these women in the interest of public health.

Very likely that almost all of them have contracted some form of STD and will be passing these to their partners who will also be spreading them to other women.
