The driver will pay, has he got that amount of money to fully cover the nearly 3 million cedis repair. Its very easy to say the driver will fully bear the cost of repairs. May question is has he got that amount of money? Is the vehicle insured? If yes then the insurance company is responsible for the cost of repairs noth the driver. All he has to pay is the excess on the insurance, and the rest covered by them.
