Public lands should never be sold. If the land is no longer required for purpose, if must revert to the original owners.
Noooo seling of state lands
The land reforms must take all the lands from the chiefs, to make it impossible for selling the lands anyhow.
The leasing laws in the country must be abolished- if you have sold the land , it remain sold
