  This scam bill does nothing for society but stigmatize a very small minority and give tacit permission to would-be vigilante mobs to foment violence against them. It perpetuates bigotry by playing upon the ignorance of the Ghanaian people so wealthy politicians can grift off the issue to further their sad careers, all the while by distracting from what meaningful contributions to society they could accomplish if only scamming the public for their personal gain wasn't more important. This bill WILL fail in the end but before it does it will only succeed in making Ghana a more hateful and intolerant society. The world watches in disgust and weeps. Ghana could do so much more than this.
