What good is our digitalization efforts of Ghanaians if foreigners can come into Ghana and their entry documents, particularly their passports and ID's" are not captured and retained on databases? The handles/social media names are not real identities of people on social media but names of convenience.

The port of entry of the supposed Russian guy should be the starting point for the registration of all foreigners coming into Ghana; asking the ambassador/ consulate to help without our own search of data warehouse will almost always lead to disappointment.
