When was that or when did government paid cocoa farmers.Yesterday government said there was no money to paid cocoa farmers and all of a sudden GH 238 million has been paid to cocoa farmers magically.wonders shall never ends.
The 237 million paid is even not up to 10percent of the total owed farmers.
