Trump the bullying dictator-wannabe thinks the USA is his personal property and that he's above the law. Trump would not have been acting with such impunity had the USA Supreme Court not ruled early in Trump's administration that Trump, as a sitting President, was clearly in the right to urge his supporters to assault Congress in order to keep Congress from certifying the election results that showed him as the loser of that election. If the Supreme Court isn't wearing its political lenses, how can the highest court in the land rule that a President has broken no law by openly urging his supporters to assault Congress? Now the tyrant wrongly believes the country is his to do as he pleases. The USA Supreme Court emboldened Trump from the very start of his Presidency, and he is now thumping his nose on the Court's recently ruling against Trump's tariffs by boldly declaring that he'll increase tariffs against certain countries. The USA Supreme Court has itself to blame by refusing to in the past to apply the law against Trump when he clearly broke laws, and he now has choice words for the Justices who ruled against his tariffs by acknowledging that it's Congress, and not the President of the USA, that has the constitutional authority to regulate trade and commerce. Clearly a good decision, and hopefully the courts will have the fortitude to follow the laws of their own country and acting as a check against tyranny and Presidential abuse of power.
