I have already said some where that the current Chief Justice, is more than NDC'S foot soldier, doing the bidding of Mr. Mahama. The recent stoppage of the removal of the Electoral commissioners is because of the backlash Mahama received from the international national community for shambolically removing the previous Chief Justice and the army's readiness to remove him Mahama, if the constitutional bodies were not working anymore.
You look at the ruling the Chief Justice gave on the osp and Electoral commissioners, matter vis a vis the processes that made him Chief Justice and you will understand the lack of credibility with the Ghanaian judiciary system.
One day the masses will question some of these things.

Is that, the appointment of political party members to the electoral commission to compromise and circumvent the electoral process is normal? Say and bring proper analysis to the table.
