The fact of the case was, when they crossed the car and raised alarm, it was the area people who beat the taxi driver, while the military guy and the pastor rather helped the driver to the police station and hospital. During CID investigation, all the area people did not want any police matters, so they all denied. The pastor and soldier could not also identify anyone to give witness accounts in their favour for fear of being added to the arrested. The real case is on grounds which you can find out.
