Your kind words for your late brother is so warming to the heart. Your late brother will be so proud of you and watching over you and the family from the heaven. This case should be a test case to all hospital's, ministry of health, the government so we never hear or see such cases happen in our country. I know our President H.E JDM is a very listening president, father for all, a unifer , visionary, will see to it that this case does not happen in our country's history. Laws should be laid before parliament to pass which will permanently strips any doctor, nurse who refuses emergency care to any patient from practicing in or out of the country. Enough is enough of this no bed excuses. CEOs of hospitals should put in place emergency protocols with immediate effect, and if there are any breeches action should be taken within 24hrs or that CEO sacked from position.

All the three hospitals that refused emergency treatment to this man must be investigated any any one found liable must be prosecuted and their licenses revoked . The fact that there were no beds does not mean that one should not get emergency treatment . Too many lives have been lost due to this no bed syndrome and it is time Minister Akando investigates all these cases . Sometimes there are beds but the hospital staff wants to be bribed before assigning these beds to even critical patients. How will hospital staff demand bribes when lives are at stake. Bribery and corruption must never occur in the health care sector where lives are at stake and all those involved in such practice must be prosecuted and punished.

How can a hospital turn away accident victims in this day and age? How? what kind of people are we? Yea sometimes it happens even in the USA, but it is not a flat-out refusal. The ambulance will call ahead and if the facility is not capable of handling the case, they will reroute to the nearest hospital that can handle the case. They don't drive to the hospital before they are turn away as in this case. I keep hearing these horrible stories about healthcare in Ghana and it scares the heck out of me. Last time I heard some patient was abandoned in the bush and she eventually died like an animal in the bush. are you people kidding me? are you people serious at all? I'm really upset about this stupidity going on in that Ghana.

The immediate cause is being knocked down by hit and run driver. Was the driver identified if yes wat should be done to him was the road properly constructed making adequate provision for pedestrians
Was the driver properly certified and how do we trace such drivers after causing so much speed regulation with speed guns installed along major roads to identify over speeding and cctv cameras this alone should create thousands of employment
Then we come to legislation which should engage parliament including fines and has they are distributed and implemented look at wat happens to the Man U player over speeding in the developed countries there are several speed limits and some change overnight but dare u flout them
We then come to the medical facilities and tackle emergencies and no bed syndrome and make concrete decisions to solve it can we make the beds in Ghana
Charge ur engineering not social faculties to think and make some and as time goes on we can improve on them
I don’t think china imports hospital beds neither do any serious badvance country why can’t we use ur brains and hands
Less give ur children toys to do these and very soon we can get some children developing prototypes
These are the things we need ur press houses to promote on tv not dressing and singing competitions
