There needs to be investigations as to why he wasn't cared for when emergency services called for immediate action. Let's put politics aside because it could be me or you tomorrow. Someone, paid for by you and I, did not do his or her work. We need to eliminate this kind of attitude within the health services, which is the worst of all services. Those criminals who let people die and in some cases, kill people themselves must be rooted out of the services. I support Amenyo's call for action.

It is not acceptable to just say there is no need and walk away as if they dont care about happens to victims. I have seen medical personnel attending footballers who collapse on the field and getting revived. Same on the road with accident victims so it is not acceptable to refuse a patient brought to the hospital

The unfortunate, avoidable, and tragic death of this young man should not be only an opportunity for politicians to as usual, take advantage of the optics, join the bandwagon, and claim false moral highground. It should be an opportuntity for introspection, as well as an honest assessment of the real and practical, underlying problems of emergency health care. And when that is done, it would reveal, that the main problem, is the almost absence of any financing model for emergency health care, which is one of the most expensive phases of care. Most hospitals are saddled with huge amount of dept, from unpaid bills, with no guarantee of reimbursment. Some of these cases, even, when stabilised, and treated, as in the case of vagrants,street people, and the mentally challenged, become permanent residents. Clogging beds, and furthur straning hospital resources, because again, our social welfare system that should relieve hospitals of this burden, is struggling to cope. So whilst the politicians, journalists, etc justifiably criticize and condemn this unfortunte incident, they should also seriously address I believe, the fundamental problem, the lack of secure, upfront, adequate, financing for emergency health care
