They have a very good fertile land which could be given to big time Commercial farmers

Besides have you thought about the number of our citizens, both young and old who rely on their ownership of land to survive.

In other jurisdictions, where mechanised and modern farming are practised small amounts of land is capable to cater for national needs and even exports. Africa and for that matter Ghana is a different ball game.
