Health workers took vows to SAVE LIVES. But today Ghanaians are there witnessing the opposite, Lives are rather destroyed at a faster rate without passion.
Most of the workers are there for money, and some are also agents to kill. The more people die and are deposited at the morgue, the more money the facilities get as internally generated fund( IGF)
