You don’t cure this problem with another ACT of Parliament. The Western world have such laws because their problem is not beds. They are concerned about discrimination due to race, poverty etc. We don’t have adequate health infrastructure. Thats where the debate belongs. The Minister was right. The Speaker got it wrong.

In any case where did the idea 111 come from? They just created ideas, looted the resources, and shared among themselves so much so that even Bawumia is a rich man now! Previously, I criticized the deputy health minister for taking the title Professor when all she had done was some adjunct teaching. Thank God she wisely dropped that title. But on her presentation in parliament, I strongly believe the Speaker ought to have allowed her to show the world that Agenda 111 was a stupid and wasteful idea when there weren’t enough beds at the existing hospitals. What happened to the OPERATION RECOVER ALL LOOTED wealth? Please collected all looted wealth now or risk being voted out of power soon.

Dr. Ayensu was just doing the usual dirty politics hence being rebuked by the Speaker because Bagbin knows the facts.

Under Nana Addo, there edifices were completed within 8 years, and they are: National Security Building, Gender Ministry Building, Youth and Employment Ministry Building, Finance Ministry Building, Defense Ministry Building, Maritime Office Building, Bank of Ghana Office Building.

Nana Addo's government built over thirty hospitals from scratch to completion within 8 years while NDC under Mahama built just one hospital at Dodowa. Go and check the records.

Remember that the "Agenda 111" program was a later addition but most of them were 70% completed.

If she doesn't know, many Ghanaians know that, the previous government in 8 years started and completed more hospitals than all the NDC regimes' hospital projects. If NPP has remained in government, they might have completed a number of the ongoing agenda 111 hospitals. If the Deputy Minister thinks her government is a better alternative, they should have also completed some of the agenda 111 hospitals but not a single one. This useless propaganda must stop. Her government is priorising CHPS Compound over agenda 111. What a shame!!!

He/she can then come back and explain what Hon Bagbin said that was remotely connected to the word rebuke.

Small minded minions in the NPP and NPP-affiliated media houses may not like intelligent, proud, sophisticated and sharp minded women and that's your problem. What you cannot do is hide or write untruths about people more qualified and attained their status in society meritoriously compared to "life by party affiliation" enjoyed by most in the NPP.

Hon Bagbin did not want parliament degenerate into the gutter (he is very much aware of the micro minority's moral stance) and advised Hon Dr. Ayensu-Danquah to not infer or use words that may be reason for a debate. Should in case you have not noticed, one of the "boys" of the NPP, Hon Annoh Dompreh, was called out by another NDC educated, independent and self assured woman sometime in 2025 while the yellow belly cowards in the NPP called another intelligent, educated, independent and highly disciplined NDC lady Zanetor "daughter of a murderer.

None of your falsehoods and jandam will deter truths. Note how semi-educated but low class NPP women have left our shores for the USA, UK and places unknown only to be performing the menial jobs they once frowned on while pretending to be journalists in Ghana.

A close look will show that its due to multiple factors. Slow payment of certificates, giving contracts to party people etc. Now anyone can check out how many were complemented under NPP. I hear Hon Adutwum was in charge of that.
For Agenda 111, we can now say 111 hospitals was overambitious. At the onset, the NPP made it look like they knew what they were doing. But for failing to pay contractors for most of them that we are told are over 70% complete, I think they should have concentrated on doing 30 to completion. It is time Ghanaians should insist that government should only start projects they can finish in 4 years because our politicians don't want to complete projects started by others.

The resultis is the uncompleted structures all over the place.
