  Our traditional family and communal does not allow for prolonged litigation which involves children. Human right abuse must however be treated as criminal and punished to serve as deterrent.

  And that's a disservice to child abuse victims. All child abuse cases should be referred to the Police. Chiefs and so-called elders are not equipped to handle these matters. Child abusers need to face the long arm of the law ...

  And that's a disservice to child abuse victims. All child abuse cases should be referred to the Police. Chiefs and so-called elders are not equipped to handle these matters. Child abusers need to face the long arm of the law instead of just being made to pay meaningless fines to chiefs and provide funds for chiefs to kill helpless goats and sheep to appease worthless gods.
