A misfit for the qualification which he claims to have.
A complete and total disgrace unto the NDC which he represents.
This guy gets his salary every month but the monthly salaries of nurses and teachers whose services directly benefit the nation are in 14-months arrears.

Interesting! Director of Presidential initiatives in Agriculture and Agribusiness, drawing salaries and other perquisites from taxpayers moneys for nothing, while:
(1) Our cocoa farmers are being scammed and the industry jeopardised;
(2) 13,000 poultry farmers have only 720 birds to share and rear, to feed a population of about 35million people;
(3) Our farm lands are under the threat of illegal gold rush (galamsey);
(4) Our tomato traders are being massacred mercilessly at Titao in Burkina-Faso;
(5) Our taxpayers dollars are being used to support the businesses of vegetables and rice importers and and their farmers elsewhere, at the expense of local vegetables and rice cultivation;
(6) Our vegetables and rice irrigation facilities and other infrastructure lay unutilized and wasting/sold out; and
(7) Our fishermen are being threatened and robbed in our own waters.
