  The Finance Ministry had already squandered the gold reserves and it is now feverishly trying to replace the loot before the next elections.
  Franklin Cudjoe wants the NDC 24-hour economy plan to focus on the Volta Basin. Won't happen. Why? The Volta Region will vote the NDC way, no matter what. This time the NDC is focusing attention on the Western Region. It is the neglected Region which is open for grasp by the highest bidder.
