Giving such incentives to teachers, doctors etc is good but we should remember that it is not sustainable but is we develop these areas, it is ends the risks people take to come to the urban areas which comes with another economic impact.

Good roads, schools, hospitals, electricity, etc are necessary to improve the living standards of the rural dwellers, including all the public and civil servants working in those communities.
