  smh the hassle i went thru to secure a visa before travelling to gh smh. i dot understand these ppl. why must you make things very difficult and impersonal? and then you have rude staff at the consulate office the staff at the consulate in toronto they need to check themslves. you are there to help clients not to give them attitude. if I didnt have a connect from a higher up inside the consulate office these rude front staff workers would have made sure i couldnt travel for my aunts funeral. they are unprofessional, totally unprofessional
